1 litre plain Greek yoghurt
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup pecans
Slice the top off the strawberries and discard. Slice the rest of the strawberries up as well.
Peel and slice the kiwi. Chop up the slices into small pieces.
Combine yoghurt, vanilla, and honey.
Spread yoghurt mixture over a wax paper lined baking sheet.
Add fruits and nuts evenly in the yoghurt mixture.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Slice and serve.
