Yum! These are practically candy! They're easy to make and super yummy. Banana and peanut butter provide tons of vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein.

2 large bananas
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Peel bananas and slice into 1 cm or so size slices
Spread peanut butter on half of the slices
Place the other half of the banana slices on top of the peanut butter slices to create little peanut butter banana sandwiches
Cover a pan or plate with wax paper and place the peanut butter banana sandwiches on it
Place them in the freezer for at least one hour
Put dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave the chips for 25 seconds at a time stirring in between each microwaving until melted
Dip half of each peanut butter banana sandwich into the melted dark chocolate and replace it on the wax paper
Put the dipped pieces back in the freezer for at least another hour and enjoy
