You can buy what you think is the latest model guaranteed to make your baby happy, and find that he refuses to put it in his mouth, and nothing will convince him otherwise.

Apparently no one told your baby if something was the latest model or the best new design.

You don’t want to buy every bottle on the market in the search to find one your baby will willingly take.

As well as bottles that you baby is happy to drink from, other features to look for include something that is easy to wash and sterilise, as well as something that is the right size for your needs.

Once you find the bottle your baby loves, it’s recommended that you buy around 5 of them, as you will be constantly washing them if you have any less.

Tommee Tippee are a familiar baby brand, with good quality products. Their bottles come in a variety of sizes, including 150ml, 260ml and 340ml.

They are described as having an optimum venting valve with a slow flow teat that encourages less air into your baby’s mouth while drinking.

Less air means less chances of reflux and general discomfort for your little one’s digestion.

The bottles are BPA free, which means free from the industrial chemicals sometimes used in the manufacturing of plastics.

BPAs are not at all good to be in your precious baby’s mouth and may leach into the milk itself.

The comfort factor is where this specially designed bottle really shines.

The wide, curved teat was created to most closely resemble the woman’s breast, so this bottle is the ideal transition from breastfeeding to formula, or for when breastfed babies are given expressed milk.

This design is to create the most comforting and familiar shape for your baby, and means he is least likely to refuse it.

That being said some babies always refuse a bottle in the beginning, so don’t immediately give up or switch to a new brand; give it a few go’s first.

The fat little bottles are easy for everyone to hold, including baby when he’s old enough to help you out a bit with feeding time.

Because of the very competitive market for baby products, you can get some great deals on Tommee Tippee bottles.

A pack of four bottles and teats retails between $20 and $30, and will last pretty much through all of your babies.

Unlike so many baby products that are hideously expensive, either as once off luxury items, like prams, or in never-ending disposable cost, like nappies, these bottles are wonderfully price.

The products are well tested and with proper care will last a long time.

I found these bottles to be fantastic value for money.

They are tough and can handle everything, including some pretty heavy biting and gnawing from teething babies.

You will pay for them once, and then wash and sterilise them almost daily and they still stand up.

This is a good looking, high quality product, that I felt quite comfortable giving to my little ones.

There is very little to fault with this product.

They are easy to use, wash and sterilise.

I had no trouble convincing my babies to take them, and they were happy to switch from bottle to breast and back again.

Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature is such a great product, it is surprising it took so long for a bottle manufacturer to come up with the idea of resembling the female breast.

These bottles are so reliable you can pass them onto your friends for their babies when yours are all done with bottle-feeds, and the product will still be strong, clean and safe to use.

I highly recommend them!
